  2. power router
  3. create rigid body using at least three points
calibration:
  • mask visible
  • start calibration (wanding)
  • collect 8000-10000 samples
  • set ground plane (long z axis, short x axis)
  • residual mean error (0.6mm from last calibration). This is the residual error for all the rays to converge on one point. Need to re-calibrate if too large.
fine tuning
  • exposure value: 250/125, high value will blur the camera.
  • change exposure first to lower values.
Rigid body
  • change output origin, orientation
  • cannot output a single marker (only use rigid body)
Other features
  • continuous calibration: if the calibration changes slowly overtime. (default off)
  • active marker: use a base station and connect to the same router (green LED should blink). If there are existing LEDs, use this.
  • export application profile. which saves all the rigid bodies, preferences.
  • Outdoor, the sun may cause over exposure.
